The process is pretty straightforward beyond this point as the Order Manager will take it from there until final delivery and approval.

Though, on average, we deliver link orders between 7-10 days and content orders take us around 1 week to deliver, it depends upon the volume as well.

Yes, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund if the order has not been started yet. If the order has been started you’d only be liable to pay for the work already done.
However, we will not be able to process any refund or cancellation once the orders are completed as per the promises on the sales page and the details provided.
