Service Scope and Limitations

For all services provided by Authority Magnet Co., our scope is limited to the deliverables as agreed and specified on the service pages or proposals. We are not responsible for outcomes and performance results. While we may provide estimates for potential outcomes, these are only rough estimates based on industry averages and do not constitute any guarantee.

Specifically, for our link building and SEO services, we guarantee the delivery of the links with the metrics specified at the time of purchase, but we cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business outcomes, as these depend on numerous factors beyond our control including search engine algorithms, competition, and your website’s overall performance.

Service Delivery Framework

Our service delivery operates on the following estimated timelines for guidance:

  • Guest Posts and Link Insertions: 7-14 business days from order confirmation
  • Blogger Outreach: 3-4 weeks from order confirmation
  • Authority Plus and managed services: Ongoing as per subscription terms
  • Local Citations: 10-15 business days from order confirmation
  • Press Release Distribution: 5-7 business days from content approval
  • Website Creation and Development: Timelines specified in individual project proposals
  • Other Digital Marketing Services: As specified in service agreements

These timelines are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding. Actual delivery times may vary based on various factors including the complexity of the project, the current workload, third-party responsiveness, and any specific customization requirements. We will communicate any anticipated significant delays through our client portal.

Please note that delays can occur for various reasons, many of which may be beyond our control. We do not provide refunds for delays unless a service remains completely undelivered for at least 3 months from the date of order placement due to reasons attributable solely to us.

Cancellation Terms and Procedures

Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

  1. Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations: For most services, we will only provide a refund if the order has not been started by us and confirmation of the same has not been sent through our client portal. Once we have begun work on your order and sent confirmation, the order cannot be canceled for a full refund.
  2. Partial Completion Cancellations: If part of your order has been completed while another part remains outstanding, we will only provide a partial refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the service. The determination of the refund amount will be at Authority Magnet Co.’s sole discretion based on the work already performed.
  3. Subscription Cancellations: For clients subscribed to any monthly services (such as Authority Plus), we require cancellation notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
  4. Custom Projects: For website development, website management, and other custom projects, cancellation terms will be specified in the individual project agreements.

Refund Eligibility and Process

We maintain strict quality standards for our services and will issue refunds in specific circumstances where we fail to meet our service obligations.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Service Delivery Failure: Complete failure to deliver any of the agreed-upon deliverables within 3 months from order placement due to reasons attributable solely to us
  • Service Quality Issues: For link building services, links placed on websites with metrics significantly lower than promised with no suitable replacement offered
  • Technical Problems: Persistent technical issues on our end preventing service delivery or verification with no resolution provided

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Subjective preferences regarding deliverables (such as link placement, content style, or design preferences)
  • Changes in project requirements after work has begun
  • Delays in service delivery unless exceeding 3 months from order placement
  • Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of materials from the client
  • Performance outcomes (such as SEO rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rates), as these are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control
  • Any algorithm updates or changes by search engines or platforms that affect your website’s performance
  • Dissatisfaction with estimated or projected results that were provided as non-guaranteed estimates

Quality Assurance Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality services and stand behind our work. If you receive work that doesn’t meet our promised specifications, you must report any issues within 14 days of delivery. When reporting concerns, please provide specific examples of problems to help us address them effectively.

For our link building services, we guarantee:

  • Links will remain active for up to 365 days from the original placement date
  • Links will be placed on sites with the metrics specified in your order
  • Content will be relevant to your niche and of professional quality

For website development and management services, we guarantee:

  • Functionality as specified in the project requirements
  • Compatibility with specified browsers and devices
  • Implementation of agreed-upon features and design elements

We reserve the right to one opportunity to correct any issues identified. If we cannot resolve legitimate issues after attempting corrections, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing and Timeline

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for refund
  4. Attach any relevant supporting documentation

Timeline for refund processing:

  • Review of refund requests: Within 3 business days

Credit System and Validity

For certain services, we may issue account credits instead of monetary refunds. All account credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. These credits can be applied to future purchases of our services but cannot be converted to cash. The credit balance and expiration date are displayed in your account dashboard.

All disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.

Force Majeure Events

We cannot issue refunds for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or power outages, webmaster unavailability, third-party website changes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with affected clients to complete their projects as soon as conditions permit.

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. These changes will apply to all subsequent transactions but will not be retroactively applied to existing orders or completed services.
