The SaaS SEO Agency that makes Google recommend you
Most SaaS SEO sells traffic reports. We build pipeline. Bottom-of-funnel pages that convert to trials and demos in month one, plus the citation footprint that gets your product named when a buyer asks AI which tool to pick.

What is a SaaS SEO agency?
A SaaS SEO agency is a specialist search partner for software companies. SEO for SaaS works differently from SEO for anyone else, and B2B SaaS differs again. Rather than optimizing for traffic volume, it builds organic and AI-search visibility that converts into trials, demos, product-qualified leads (PQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and recurring revenue.
The work covers technical SEO for JavaScript-heavy applications, bottom-of-funnel comparison and alternative pages, product-led content, digital PR, and citation visibility inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Grok and Bing. In the US market, engagements typically run $3,000–$5,000/month for starter programs, $5,000–$10,000 for growth, and $10,000–$25,000+ for enterprise.
Authority Magnet is an operator-run SaaS SEO agency working since 2018. We take a limited number of clients, start at $5,000/month, and measure the work in trials, demos and pipeline rather than sessions.
AI is the new search engine. Is your SaaS in the answer?
Software buyers no longer start with ten blue links. They ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews which tool fits, and the model answers from comparison pages, category roundups, review platforms and community threads. Products present in those sources get shortlisted. Everything else is invisible at the exact moment of choice.
See how we fix thatBuyers check Google. Then they ask AI.
Two surfaces, one shortlist. We work both from the same foundation, so a single page can earn the ranking and the citation.

Why SaaS SEO is not regular SEO
A software buyer researches for weeks, compares five tools, and converts on a trial rather than a purchase. That changes what you build, what you fix, and what you measure.
| Factor | Traditional SEO | SaaS SEO |
|---|---|---|
| Primary goal | Traffic volume | Qualified pipeline and recurring revenue |
| Conversion event | Sale or contact form | Free trial, demo, PQL, SQL |
| Buyer journey | Short, often single-session | Long, multi-touch, committee-driven |
| Content that wins | Blog posts and service pages | Comparison, alternative, integration, use-case and pricing pages |
| Technical scope | Basic crawl and index | JavaScript rendering, SPAs, app shells, docs, canonical logic, crawl budget |
| Scale mechanism | Manual pages | Programmatic SEO across integrations and use cases |
| AI search | Optional | Critical: buyers shortlist inside the answer |
| Authority building | Nice to have | Essential for both rankings and AI citations |
| Revenue model | One-off transaction | Recurring: MRR and ARR, where churn and LTV decide whether a signup was worth acquiring |
| Reported metric | Sessions and rankings | Trials, demos, PQLs, SQLs, CAC payback, ARR influenced |
SaaS SEO services we actually run
Eight SaaS SEO services, run as one system. We don't sell channels in isolation. Most B2B SaaS engagements combine two or three into a single program aimed at trials, demos and pipeline.

How much does a SaaS SEO agency cost?
Most agencies hide this behind a discovery call. Across the US market, SaaS SEO retainers run $3,000–$5,000/month at the starter end, $5,000–$10,000 for growth programs, and $10,000–$25,000+ for enterprise. Here is exactly where we sit.

Results, with the analytics behind them
Straight talk: our flagship campaigns are high-ticket B2B and e-commerce, not named SaaS logos. They run on identical economics: long consideration cycles, high lifetime value, a buyer who researches before contacting sales. The plays transfer directly. We also run the same system on our own software. Every figure comes from the client's own Ahrefs or Search Console.
A firm where each lead is worth $10K–$100K, won on bottom-funnel intent. From ~30 to over 2,000 organic clicks a day, ending at #2 for the keyword buyers use right before they choose.
A saturated niche won with the full stack: 100+ technical fixes, 99 pages rewritten for intent, and 54 earned links. 6,000 → 16,100 monthly clicks and 58 → 757 top-3 keywords.
Twenty sites run by one team instead of a bench of freelancers on different schedules. We took over content, links, technical work, WordPress management and reporting, and the portfolio doubled its traffic while revenue grew 140%.
Since 2018 · $37.2K/mo tracked traffic value · 1.2M+ peak monthly visitors across client sites. Want your SaaS on this page?
The metrics we report
If an agency cannot connect search to trials, demos and revenue, it is selling you a traffic report. Here is what lands in your monthly review.
What we don't lead with
- Total sessions
- Impressions
- Average position across all keywords
- Domain authority as an outcome
- Articles published per month
What your board asks about
- Qualified trials and demos this month
- Pipeline influenced by organic
- CAC payback versus paid
- Where AI names you and where it names a competitor
- Which pages produced the revenue
How to work with us
Senior operators run every campaign, and that does not scale to hundreds of accounts. A short roster is how the work stays at the quality you see in the case studies above.
You apply
Tell us about your product, your category and who you're up against. A few minutes, and no sales call needed to start.
We assess fit
We look at your situation honestly and tell you whether we can move your pipeline. If we can't, we say so and point you somewhere better.
You see the plan
If it's a fit and a slot is open, you'll see the strategy and what the first 90 days look like before you commit to anything.
How to choose a SaaS SEO agency
Useful whether or not you talk to us. These are the questions that separate an agency that moves pipeline from one that publishes four blog posts a month.
Ask every agency this
- “Show me a bottom-of-funnel page you shipped and what it converted.” Anyone can publish a blog. Comparison pages that produce trials are the real skill.
- “What will you fix technically in month one?” A specific answer about rendering, indexation or architecture means they audited you.
- “How do you track whether ChatGPT names us?” If AI visibility is a slide rather than a measurement, it isn't a service.
- “Who runs the account day to day?” The answer should be the person in the room, not a pod you meet later.
- “What does your reporting show my board?” It should show pipeline, not impressions.
- “When would you tell us not to hire you?” Anyone who can't answer will take your money regardless of fit.
Walk away from these
- Traffic as the headline metric. Sessions without trials is an expensive vanity report.
- “Give it six months.” Broad authority takes months; bottom-of-funnel pages should move sooner.
- No questions about ICP, ACV or sales cycle. They cannot map keywords to revenue without them.
- AI search treated as a buzzword. Adding “GEO” to a generic retainer is not a strategy.
- No opinion on your JavaScript stack. Most SaaS indexation problems live there.
- Hidden pricing. If the number only appears after two calls, the number is negotiable and so is the scope.
- Case studies without figures. “Significant growth” is not a result.
Are we the right fit?
We're a strong fit if…
- You sell B2B SaaS or high-ticket B2B services with a considered buying cycle
- You're in market with some traction and can give SEO a few months
- Your category is competitive and comparison searches decide deals
- You want one senior operator accountable, not an account manager
- $5,000/month or more is a sane share of your acquisition budget
We're the wrong fit if…
- You need leads this month, so run paid and layer SEO underneath
- You're pre-launch with no product to point search intent at
- You want volume publishing at the lowest possible cost per word
- You need a vendor who executes tickets without questioning strategy
- Nobody internally can approve technical changes to the site
